## Trade

[Trade](https://app.layer3.xyz/trade) lets you swap tokens and bridge across chains without leaving Layer3. Move assets between your favorite ecosystems at competitive rates, and complete swap or bridge steps inside Activations.

## Stake L3

[Staking](https://app.layer3.xyz/staking) lets you lock **L3**, Layer3's token, on EVM or Solana, with flexible lockup periods. Staked L3 counts toward:

* **Earning power**: staked L3 factors into reward eligibility across the platform, including your [Liquid Rewards](/layer3-updated-docs/platform/rewards-and-progression.md#liquid-rewards) rate.
* **Perks qualification**: some Perks are reserved for stakers at given lockup tiers.
* **Builder access**: teams lock L3 to launch Activations through the [Builder](/layer3-updated-docs/builder/overview.md).
* **Platform privileges**: features like premium usernames are available to stakers.
